Meals with a Mission: Cook & Serve at COMEA Shelter

The Cheyenne Filipino-American Club is bringing the community together for Meals with a Mission: Cook & Serve at COMEA Shelter on Saturday, November 7, 2026. This meaningful outreach initiative is an opportunity for our members, families, friends, and community supporters to come together and serve those in need by preparing and serving warm meals at COMEA Shelter.

More than just providing food, Meals with a Mission is about compassion, kindness, and community. We believe that even a simple meal can bring comfort, dignity, and hope to someone who may be going through a difficult time. Through this initiative, we hope to demonstrate the Filipino spirit of bayanihan by working together and extending a helping hand to others in our community.

We are currently looking for volunteers who would like to share their time, talents, and energy to help make this outreach effort possible.   Volunteers can assist with meal preparation, serving, organizing, setup, cleanup, and other activities needed throughout the event. Every helping hand makes a difference, and everyone is welcome to participate.

We also welcome anyone who would like to support this mission through a donation. Contributions of any amount can help us provide meals and support this meaningful community outreach effort.

For volunteer opportunities or donation information, please contact President Dhyun Amore Duque at (307) 920-5101.
